Stress Management

Chances are that you too like most individuals find yourself rushing in and dashing out from early morning to the time you hit the bed. People today are busier than ever before and this adds a lot of tension, but there are ways to reduce the tension of being busy by managing your day and life a little better. Think it is normal to say no and because most individuals cannot say no at the right time, they run from pillar to post trying to keep a promise or trying to do something for someone. People fear to say no, thinking that this may sound rude or selfish, but eventually they land in a circumstances where there is not time for doing things they wish to do.

People lose track of what is fundamental, by trying their best to bring pleasure to others, and as a result, they completely bypass their own needs. How much does your being engaged keep you away from lunch or your normal physical exercise routine? If this happens often, relax and prepare two lists. Number one, list out the things, which are most important to you in order of priority, and the 2nd list should carry all your actions through out the day. Compare the two lists: Do they match up? If not, you need to make some changes and remember to always make time for yourself.

Some tips to cope with stress:

financial control: individuals are often seen doing 2 jobs or working endlessly to make money to run the family. Analyze your spending – are there matters, which you could do without, to relieve the debt load? The money scenario can improve immensely with resultant reduction of stress, if you spend a bit more wisely, and then you would find it better to handle the financial load.

Get your life more directed: Stop searching for lost or missing files and things as this takes away a lot of time. Not to mention the stress you feel every night when you come home to a unkempt, chaotic home.

Supplements, a daily habit: Take your vitamin pills regularly especially vitamin C and B complex, which can help you manage with stress better. In addition to this, minerals can help fight the damage that is being done to your physical body by the mental torment you are experiencing.

Take music treatment: Music since time immemorial has soothed the mind and the body. It can go a long way in alleviating stress so listen to your preferred music on your commute to and from work and while at work, if permitted.

Breathe management exercises: Do it anywhere anytime. It is a great (and proved) way of releasing tension and lowering your stress level.

Develop the power of positive thought: For most people this is one of the toughest things to do. It is true that individuals who view things positively have lower tension levels, are happier and have marginal health troubles.

These ideas may not help you become less busy, but they will help you to manage it all. Think there is only one person who matters in your life and that is you, so get busy by all means, but learn to deal with the circumstances.
